I am told and see on the diagram I have that the positioning is the oil filter, then the oil filter adjuster... but I don't see where there is a gasket or O-Ring going into the block... I need to know exactly so that if I take the Oil filter adjuster off, I have the correct part to replace.

Hmm with 150,000 miles i really doubt anything
It could be just a coincidence.
They could have possibly left something in the oil pan that caused the pick up tube to become blocked somewhat.

oil pan, or rear mainseal housings are common leaks on these... also if 4wd, diff runs thru oil pan..

sometimes you can get a little water trapped. you can try removing the sending unit and cleaning it. you will probably have to replace the unit. the pressure is acceptable though as long as youre not pourong oil out through the seals.

It has to be an oil pressure sending unit. There are two of them on that SUV but they are in different places depending on your engine cord. If you go to Advance Auto parts or O'Riley, they will tell you exactly where to look.
SOURCE: there was a call back
depends on if you got the extended package and what your dealer offered at the time of purchase, But I would certainly check with the dealer, about that leak, but I doubt the power steering hose problem added to that
