Clogged screen for White Westinghouse washer

Water pump is out. Will need a new pump.
Only other possibility is your drain hose is clogged check that first.

no problemo take off the hoses and look in the connect area and clean the screens

does it fill with water yet?if so then its the lid safety switch that gone bad under the top lid,this will kill all cycles other than fill,if it doesn't fill with water either then the timers defective

The problem may be with the top springs may be damaged you can replace the spring set completely to get the smooth running in the spin

You have to replace the cold water solenoid valve.

If you check the warm water flow you'll likely find it is HOT...and not warm. Check the faucet end of hose to see if screen is clogged. Should be screened washer with the dome portion of the screen facing out at you. Remove it and clean with brush to remove grit or scale from screen. If you find nothing there you need to replace the water fill valve located at the other end of the hoses. Good Luck

Belts can wear out from: Overloading, old age, or stretching. Sounds like a new belt is in order for you.

no its a remote electric pump,no belt.its ither blocked or fail.cut power,pop top remove frount cover an you will see pump.white or tan.remove hoses[watch out 4 water and check 4 blockage

I called Frigidaire technical support, they informed me that the capacity is 2.7 c/feet.

press in clips each corner with putty knife and lift top remove screws bottom front panel slide panel down and off ..locate pump. turn washer to spin and switch on if faint hum felt at pump more than likely plugged with something if pump is running fine ck for something in drain lines..most washers i would say lid switch but on those i believe if switch was bad wouldn't aditate either ck by raising lid ..if agitates with lid raised ck lid switch if not switch ok
