Hi Jim- I also found this link regarding owners manual for your Husqvarna.
Make sure debris is not wrapped around the cutting head. Remove the cutting head and clear any debris. Then see if the drive shaft spins freely. The problem could be either where the drive shaft mates with the clutch on the powerhead or the clutch is worn.
If it is a newer trimmer it has a little plastic deal on the adjustment screws to prevent adjusttment.(epa). You have to break that off then a screw driver will work. Some are tough, turn hi speed screw counter clockwise it will rev
