Have you installed the software that came with the phone?
Once you've done that, pictures stored in phone memory should be visible in Windows Explorer under the heading of "Sony Ericsson File Manager" (which should be at the same level as "My Documents" and "My Computer"
Pictures stored on the memory card ought to be easier to get to: Regardless of whether the software which came with the phone is installed, once the USB cable is plugged into both pc and phone (with the phone turned on!) and left for a minute or so, the memory card should appear in "My Computer" as a new "removable disk" drive. Your photos will be a couple of layers down in this, in a folder underneath one called "DCIM"
Once you've found the pictures, you should be able to drag and drop them just like any other files.
