Remove your old hotmail account and create a new one, Outlook. If you want to keep both names - just keep them - or you can create an alias by signing in to your hotmail acct from any Internet-connected computer (both Outlook and hotmail are using the same database of accounts)
Open a web page Right click in the top of screen select the

Open your hotmail right click select Add to Favorites. Then you can access your Hotmail through Favorites drop down list.

shortcut icon for each of the accounts on the desktop.
This allows you to quickly launch the specific login page
for each email account without having to reenter or remember each email

Log in to your Hotmail account. Place the cursor in the
address bar and highlight the URL.

"New" and then "Shortcut."
The "Create Shortcut" wizard launches. 3
Right-click inside "Type the location of the item"
field and select "Paste."
The URL of your Hotmail account is pasted as the location of
the shortcut.

Type a name for the icon in the "Type a name for this
shortcut" field and click "Finish."
The Hotmail shortcut icon appears on the desktop.
Double-click the Hotmail icon to log in and access your
Hotmail account.
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for each Hotmail account you want
to create an icon for on the desktop.
Create another account on hotmail and email hotmail providers to see if they can restore your account. If they are unable to, use the account you have created to set up a new hotmail again.

If the notebook doesn't have a PS/2 port then you would have to use a USB mice, or purchase a PS/2 to USB converter so you can use your old mouse on this notebook
first you open the site www.hotmail.com .You have see that there is option that "signup".you just click & make an account.It may be possible in first try you unable to create an account but try again definitely you create an own account.
