I am having a hard time setting up my voicemail. I want to change the voicemail greeting and be able to check my voicemail, but every time I dial the voicemail number all I hear is the following.
"You have reached voicebox number 231-598-0261, please leave a message after the tone."
Then the tone beeps and that's it. Please Help

Changing the voicemail message would entirely depend on your provider - how they set it up for you and how you can setup your own message. They must have a specific number you can dial to set your voicemail message. This setting is not available on your phone; rather voicemail messages on the voicemail server of your provider. So, the best way out would be contact the provider.

Please tell me the model of your phone.However,you can do this with the use of your phone profile i.e from the phone click on it the screw down to the profile then click on it screw to setting or turn setting from there you will be able to get to greeting setting or turn from this step you will be able to activate the turn again . Go into the Ring Styles on your phone and change it there. Menu>Settings>Ring Styles. Then go into the detail section and change it.
