I have a cricket huawei HB 5K 1 H it's a muave music 2 phone I forgot the password n the gmail account I have linked to the phone how do I reset it so the lock is off?

Go to www.gmail.com and select "Need help?" and then select I don't know my password. From there you will need to enter your gmail username, or an email address associated with the account to have a password reset link sent to you.
