What to do about melted plastic display on control panel?

The plastic is probably a safety barrier. I would recommend replacing the whole control.

Wiring diagram

before you replace it try to find out why it melted-otherwise you'll doing it again-I don't understand why that melted and didn't blow a fuse-once you feel comfortable you could use aftermarket connectors to make the connections-cheers Denny

Replaced control panel and keypad 1 1/2 years ago seen the error codes now I was self cleaning oven everything went off no error codes or anything house breaker ok PLEASE help.

Self clean is hard on controls. I do not recommend self clean. Kills expensive parts. If the temp goes above 300 in the control panel, a control panel fuse will melt, killing the power to the control.
It looks like this:

2 of the 3 knobs on our Weber Grill partially melted also - can this be repaired? Same problem as Josh in a previous request.

Sounds like the gas valves for your burners are leaking, igniting the gas and casing the control panel to get hot and melt the knobs. It can be possibly repaired, but it will involve dismantling the control panel to access the valves and replacing them. You can get the parts directly from Weber.

Television keeps turning off

Hello,

First check if you do not have the timer or sleep on the television turned on, if that has been checked, then the problem is related to the power source of the television.

This can be caused by heat, if there is so much heat inside the unit, then the leads on the panel could melt off causing a bridge on the panel thereby causing the television to go off on its own.

First assess the power panel for any burnt capacitor and bridged lead on the panel, then you check the control panel too for any melted lead.

Once the joint or bridged lead is found, correct by separating using a soldering iron to melt of the joining link.

Take care and good luck

Melting fenwall starter sytem

You need a gas engineer to verify that the regulator on the back of the unit is correctly adjusted. The incoming gas might be regulated to one pressure, but the oven works on a special pressure, controlled by the machine regulator. Also there is a small cooling fan in the control panel that keeps it all cool. The wiring can become detached or the fan fail if the control panel has been withdrawn harshly

Bravetti 8l deep fryer f1100h

Either there is insulation missing or misplaced is my first thought. Then if that's not it how is it vented and if there is a leak on the "Hot Gas" from the combustion (assuming you have gas not electric and if electric believe Id be looking at the wiring for bad connections creating excessive heat or wrong type wire not approved for high heat installation).

If this helps you please rate me as high as you can thank you you for using fixya.
