MY REAR SPEAKERS ON FOCUS 2007 HVE STOPPED WORKING DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT FUSE COVERS THEM SO I CAN CHECK IF BLOWN ?

I have noticed that my rear door speakers are not working, i've checked the fade control and the front speakers are ok but no sound is coming out when you put the audio on the rear speakers. I was wondering if a fuse may have blown, does anyone know which rate of fuse covers the rear speakers as it's not clear in my manual. thanks Ian

There is no fuse to the speakers your rear speaker wires should run under the kick plateon drivers side broken or disconnected wire or burned out channel in radio.

I would follow their recommendation as I had the same problem with my car. They unhooked the power to that door and it was fine. The problem was a short in the wiring in the door that was causing the problem. So maybe get them to check the wiring in the door as well.

These are Dual Function Bulbs. They control the Parking Lights and the Brake Lights. This Bulb is Burnt out on the Brake Coil inside the Bulb. I have actually seen Bulbs that were Bad But you could not Tell by jast looking at them. It should be fine with a New Bulb. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!

take the bulb back out have someone sit in car apply brake get your self a circuit tester and check to see if this circuit is carrying efficient 12 volt current! some times in cold weather these bulbs get hot with long period of breaking and when released condensate and rust begins and you get what you have perhaps bad socket! this would be a ideal location to begin and probably end,

Check in the under hood fuse block or power distribution center for fuse #72 and #75 these are 60 amp fuses. If the problem isn't there you have Two separate problems, check at the switches for battery voltage and ground. The most common problem is switches.

HI. My Yamaha D80 while playing gave a burned smell and than sound quit. Rest works. I opened rearcover and notice 3rd fuse in the back was blown. Changed it. Blew again. So I stopped fidling around.

If the fuse blows and a smell of burning is present then its obvious there i a fault somewhere ahead of the fuse, the fuse is a protection device.

Ford focus 07plate Electric windows, rear wiper, washer jets, heater(blower). Just stopped working this morning?

Try checking the fuses in the fuse box under the steering column area by the drivers side front seat. The fuse that controls the functions for the back window area might be bad, blown or need replacement.

Replacing fuse for windscreen wipers fuse box diagram required

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the wiper fuse it should be around 15 to 20 amps.

Yaris radio - sound stopped coming from speakers

I had the exact same issue with my 2007 Yaris. I took the radio out and checked all the connections- (all Good) then traced the wires through out untill I reached the trunk. I had a bunch of stuff in the trunk that had some how hit the speaker connections and bent the connections on one of the speakers. I removed all the stuff from the trunk and re-solder the connections. After that the speakers kicked back on for the entire car.
Check the trunk - if you have it loaded with junk like I did, this may be the cause of your speaker failure.
Good Luck!

I have a blown rear speaker in my 2005 G6 4dr sedan.

From the trunk area. You would need to sort of lay down in the trunk ( Not comfortable! ) and look up at the back deck and you will be able to see where the screws are to drop the speakers down. There may or may not be plastic or insullation that you need to pull down first though. Hope it helps!
