My machine has power, but foot pedal only makes needle go slowly

I have a necchi sewing machine, and it has full power to it, but when i push the foot pedal to go, the needle only goes up and down really, really slow. if you pump the foot pedal, it will keep going. is it my foot pedal? I have checked and cleaned the bobbin area and everything else is fine.

I have a Pfaff 1029 tiptronic sewing machine and the foot control has lost its sensitivity. It either goes on full when you push it right down or not at all. Are there parts I can get to fix it? - Bruce

Some options to consider are the machine may have a bind. See if you can easily turn it by hand. If it turns easily I would check the foot control. I test them with a jumper wire across the contacts on my test panel. This should make your machine run full speed when you by pass the foot control. The other option is a faulty motor. I would not start replacing parts until I confirmed the bad one.

Necchi supernova manual

Most sewing machines can use a double needle, the one with the single mounting shank and it turns into two needles.
MAKE sure you have Zig Zag needle plate installed to accomodate the double needle.
Turn hand wheel slowly to test then use thread and fabric and turn flywheel by hand to test sew.

Euro pro sewing machine 9106

try changing the needle--make sure it's the right type for the fabric being sewed
try rethreading the machine make sure to use every thread guide
make sure the power cord and the foot pedal are securely plugged into the machine
clean under the needle plate for lint and also in the bobbin area
also make sure the bobbin winder spindle is not pushed over to
wind a bobbin
if these suggestions don't help then it would be a good idea to have the machine checked..

The needle does not move when the foot pedal is used.

Make sure that you pushed the bobbin winder all the way to the left.

It seems that the needle is not coordinated with the bobbin because there is no stitch.

It is possible that the needle is not installed correctly - this is usually with the flat side facing the back of the machine.

Always thread the top thread with the presser foot up.

Hold onto the thread tail at the needle and (by hand and not with the power pedal) turn the handwheel to lower and raise the bobbin thread.

Take both thread tails under the presser foot and toward the back of the machine before you begin to sew.

I have a Necchi sub 22 sewing machine and I cannot get the automatic bobbin winder to work and there is hardly any notes in the manual. I am threading up the winder the way it say but when I press the foot...

When you put the bobbin on the winding pin, you need to push the bobbin toward the other round pin next to it. That activates the bobbin winder. If you look closely at the picture in the manual, there is an arrow showing to push the bobbin over.

We have a 48 year old necchi sewing machine and

Dad taught me to service machines when I was about 12. Back then, foot pedals ran on small discs of carbon, and he gave me lots, to service My foot pedal. That was circa 1960. Likely you need a replacement foot pedal. I would look for one on Ebay. Just - where I find all sorts of 'Stuff'.

Foot pedal dead, machine keeps sewing!

There is no suppressor in the foot control of a 425. Only the control unit, which may need to be replaced. If the machine accelerates to full speed, it may have a problem with the "stop right" board which tells the machine whether to stop with the needle up.
You could have several problems, so go see a qualified Husqvarna repairman. You may contact Husqvarna customer service to locate the best one in your area.
