What universal remote that will work on jensen TS2050J TV

Get a UNIVERSAL Remote for $10 and start over. It comes with the codes and is easy to set up.

For anyone who has locked their Jensen TV mistakenly. To unlock it:
1. TV On (Using remote)
2. Press and hold the display button on the remote for about 2 - 3 seconds.

Alternatively, you can get a universal remote and try the Audiovox codes if Jensen isn't listed. You may need one of the higher end remotes to match features like changing the source of the TV. (An input/source button will be useful.) Just make sure to check if the remote code does more than turn the TV on and off and changes the channel before deciding that you have the correct code programmed.

You will have to go to walmart and get a universal remote to change the channel. About ten dollars.

i have a RCA RCR312W universal remote will it work on my JENSEN Model TS2050J 20" TV?

Thank you following up. None of the solutions or codes you recommended worked. So I drove to mother's old house and went through things until I found the manual (bedroom bookcase, bottom shelf, under bridge books and old papers). The manual said to hold the display button down 3 seconds. I then drove to mother's new place (assisted living) and tried that. It worked.

I just bought my 2nd remote, it's a phillips SRU3003WM/17 (Walmart) and it actually worked (code - 0914) with the Jensen TS2050J TV I got from a friend. This was the 4th remote I tried.

My remote dosen't want to listen to me. The light dose show but it's not doing what i say. Whats the matter with my remote?

Try Code 11326, it worked for me on the Direct TV Remote I have with this TV.

the universal remotes work fine in any tv, but limited to basic funcion, if you whant full funcion one, go to, www.remotes.com or call 1-800-remotes..good luck
