Incoming calls ring on ext 200 and 206, need to ring 201 as well

Configuring ringing rules in the administration

1. In the administration interface, go to Configuration > Users.
2. Select an account and click Edit. ...
3. Go to the Extensions tab.
4. Select an extension and click Ringing Rules.
5. Enable the Ring extension option.
6. Select a number for Timeout. ...
7. For When busy, select the Continue option

Pickup code from any extension. *4001 works if your incoming calls are in ring group 1. *41 ext works if a specific phone is ringing and *42 works if the external pager is ringing.

Changing ringing on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11.
At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
Next press the left hand intercom twice
The display should say system programming

Press the right hand intercom once. The display should say Central telephone Programming.

Enter in the extension number that you want to program.

Press the line that you want to ring.
A solid light on the line means immediate ringing
A slow flashing light means delayed ringing (meaning the phone will wait 3 rings before starting to ring.)
A fast flashing light means no ringing.

When finished with that station press the right hand intercom and enter in the next extension to program and set ringing accordingly.

Press feature "00" to logout

Go to GROUP Incoming Call Distribution (probably Group 1 for 300) and add your extension as a member of the group.

Of course you picked the feature with conditions :-)

From the intercom 40 picks up any incoming call. 4* picks up trunk calls, and 41 plus ext number picks up a specific ringing phone.

The condition is that an extension can block call pickup by dialing 7201.. 7200 clears it.
