I have no idea how the things work in India, but any Kenneth Cole dealer shop must be able to sort your problem ( at least it is worldwide experience ). So, visit your nearest Kenneth Cole store and ask for help.

You have to take the back off. If it has about 6 slots around the back, then it screws off. If it's flat, then you can pry it open. If you pry it open, it,s very difficult to get it back on all the way. You may have to get some tools, or go to a repair shop.

If you don't have the proper tools I recommend that you not do this yourself. You could scratch the case or damage the movement if you don't know what you're doing. If it's a water resistant watch the gasket also needs to be replaced once it is opened. DO NOT reuse a gasket! For about $8 any watch or jewelry
