One of them is the seconds hand of your watch, this sub dial will keep on moving even if the watch is not used as a stop watch. the other 2 sub dials are for the stop watch function. one is for tracking the minutes and the other is for hours. the big seconds hand will only work if you use the stop watch function. you can reset your stop watch to zero by pressing the pusher located at the 4 o,clock location of your watch.

How do you use the subdials?

I assume that you don't have the user instructions for this watch. To obtain the instructions go to "www.fossil.com".

At the bottom of the page there is a tab labeled "customer care"

On the left is another menu which includes "watch instructions"; select this and choose from the options listed..

Good luck

How do i set the time on an Invicta Lupah mens watch with three subdials

The Lupah has a chronograph so dont worry about the sub dials while your setting the time. Pull the crown out to the first position and set the time. For the date pull out to the second position and set the date.

To set the chronograph sweep arm pull the crown out and press and hold down the start button. The sweep arm will move into position. Stop it on the 12:00 or 0 position.

Second hand does not go clockwise

It seems like the subdial gear wheel is jammed. You wont be able to do it yourself as the movement must be dismantled.
Look for decent watchmaker.

How do I use my watch???

I also own a PRS200. The two buttons on the right and top two subdials are for the chronometer function.

The top right button starts and stops the chronometer function: First press starts the chrono. Second press freezes/stops it, so you can record your time. Third press resets the chrono.

The bottom button is for the lap function: on the first press, it freezes the chrono in order for you to be able to record your "lap time", but keeps the chrono running in the background (you don't see this, it's the movement that does this mechanically). When you press it a second time, it jumps back to the running chrono time. You can then press it again to get another lap time, and so on...

In chrono mode, the top right subdial shows the milliseconds, the second hand shows the seconds, and the top left subdial shows the minutes (up to 30 minutes).
