We recently installed a Maytag front load washer (MHWE200XW00). Yes, we leveled it, and we've releveled it three times now and it still has a bad vibration while on the spin cycle. Wondering if there is anything else we could try.
You can get settee foam the square type and stuff it down both sides on the in side make sure its not going to touch any electric bits i did this to mine works a treat

sure..start by re leveling the unit, with a standard carpenters level.

remove the top access panel 3 screws in top rear.
now look around and push on the drum from top
it has suspension shocks and springs like your car they should resist any movements.
look/wiggle the concrete balance blocks , no cracks or loose.
inside the tub are the arm solid /not loose.
run it with the top open what do you see/hear and where
look under the rubber flap in front did anything get under the tub

IF THE FLOOR IS NOT ABSOLUTELY STABLE, IT WILL MAGNIFY A SMALL VIBRATION INTO A LARGE ONE. PUT SOMETHING ON THE DRYER IF IT SETS NEXT TO THE WASHER, AND TURN ON THE WASHER INTO SPIN. IF THE ITEM ON THE DRYER SHAKES, THE FLOOR IS MOVING.
IF THE WASHER IS ON CARPET, REMOVE THE CARPET OR CUT HOLES IN IT WHERE THE FEET ARE SO IT IS NOT SETTING ON THE CARPET. THE CARPET AND PAD WILL BE TOO SOFT FOR THE WASHER TO SET STABLE.
ALSO, PICK UP ON THE REAR OF THE WASHER TO RESET THE AUTO LEVELING REAR LEGS. YOU SHOULD HEAR THEM MOVE AND RESET WHEN YOU SET THE WASHER BACK DOWN.

On something like this you will need to remove the washer wrap to inspect the suspension springs & base assembly. Please see the link provided for accessing the inside of the washer. Be sure the shipping pins have been removed. The tub should float freely.

May be the bearing in your direct drive shaft. If washer is a belt drive, the belt could be frayed
