I called Anne Klein saying I wanted to purchase additional links for an Anne Klein watch I had purchased, and I was (very kindly) instructed to call the following number between 8am and 5pm EST: 1-800-937-0050 ext. 203. I'll be calling tomorrow. Good luck!
I called the number today and gave them my name and address. They are going to send me 3 links at no charge.
I did too and the same happened with my watch model...they were awesome ...I will always buy their watches from now on! and thank you for providing the number!!!

It's great that they send the links for free, but unacceptable that they do not automatically include extra links with the watch, at time of purchase. I shouldn't have to pay a jeweler to add a link. That's not good customer service especially for a luxury diamond watch and associated price!
