I have samsunggt-b7330 the lcd has gone blue but have change so many screens is still blue can u help me with any solution

Have change the screen and also have wash aand solder the socket but is still not working.

Sounds like a defective sound card, I would try to restart again and then perform a factory reset on your phone.
To perform a factory reset its usually inside the phones settings, make sure to backup your contact info and any other information you would like to save.
worst case scenario take your device into the dealer, they will perform a factory reset and if the device continues to be broken will likely replace the phone.

Westinghouse SK-26H520S LCD TV has blue screen on the side
Vertical color scan has an open or short..............it could also be a ground problem with in the V-color scan circuits...

If you tap the tv and the color bar is gone then its a ground problem with in those circuits above. Needs a solder re-flow and check the condition of ribbon cables.

BLUE IMAGE ON FLAT SCREEN
As I'm sure you will notice that you rub your finger accross the lcd panel when it is on and you will see a blue trail as you cross the screen. I would simply try to wipe the spot with a soft dry cloth while the unit is on and see if that corrects the problem. If not I'm sorry to say that the lcd panel has been damaged.
