I cant watch you tube play games or down load it only 1 month old wats wrong

if u have a ps3, you have to buy a internet thingy. if u have a xbox360, then you have to pay like $30 per month for online. can u play online on an other games you have?

try watching a blueray movie if u have one but if u know wat colour the light is on the ps3 when u load the ps3 games that will help a lot and if u know how to fix ps3 error 80710102 it will help

try and save the game to your Xbox360 harddrive(HDD) and then run it off that?

Check the TV's video settings against the game consoles and see if they match.

what about imputs wat channel do you play on or wat did it use to play on?

mine did that b4 and i restarted it then it worked agen. if that doesnt work 4 u then all i can say is try replacing ur cd drive. if its still in warrenty then send it back 2 microsoft.

Xbox support perhaps? I belive they'll be best fit to get you thru.

I had the same problem. No new games would play but the old games played fine. I clicked on the spinning disc icon (where the game should come up) and it prompted me to do an update. I accepted. Once the update was complete (took about a minute or 2) the new games worked fine.
