I am having the mobile Celkon c9 mobile for last four month. Everything is fine with this. Comparing to the other mobiles sim insert in the phone is different. So You must see the instruction and set the sim in phone. Your problem will be definetly solved. Since I am also facing the same problem earlie. Now i read and solve the problem.

Ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

If For puk & pin cod problem So Please
Very Best Solution:You Go To Service & Sim Office and Get The Puk code And Pin code From Office oprator

You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. Choose any price appropriate for you.

hold * 5806 sw version
hold * 487989 NS lock menu
hold * 482896 CP

here my little trick!
default code is 1234
press menu until the line show 6 digits and enter 000000
done!

SOURCE: how to break memory card password of 5130xpressmusic

Actually you can find your MMC password by using third party software such as "seleQ and FExplorere" in your cell which open "C:\system\mmcstore". send this particular file into your PC by IR or Bluetooth. Open the mmcstore with notepad in your PC...so you will find the password code.............
