I got rechargeable batteries wet, what can I do now?

Most likely the rechargeable battery needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a battery pack listed anywhere. You'll probably have to have a company like Batteries + Bulbs (In the USA) take it apart and replace the battery pack.

Battery is Usually located under the seat of Most Motorcycles. Remove Battery and Get a 2amp trickle charger for both Wet and Gel Cell batteries Fallow Normal Charging inst.

if the charger is working, and the battery does not hold a charge for very long, you will need a replacement battery. this is the most likely problem. if the battery does not charge at all it may well be the charger and you will need to replace that. hope this helps

125 degrees is too hot! A camera should be dried buried in a bowl of dry rice for a week, not in a hot oven.

Open the battery compartment and remove the batterys and the memory card. Completly dry the camera as best you can without further damaging it. Let it set open up like this for about 5 to 7 days. Recharge the battery and reinsert the battery and memory card. If you have to reinsert the battery to recharge the battery, do so. If it still doesn't work, contact the factory for a repair estimate.

Battery needs to be replaced. All rechargeable batteries have limited recharge cycles. NiCad's are usually used in these and also develop "memory' which keeps them from recharging fully.
Contact Oreck or reputable dealer for replacement.

Hi, try looking on ebay, user name; itl-e. His shop name is; Component-shop. A wide range of batteries supplied including a 6V 5AH which sells for about £8 including p&p. Your Panasonic battery is rated at 6V 4.2AH, so the replacement will last slightly longer between charges. If you want an exact (Panasonic) replacement, try putting "Panasonic LC-R064R2CH into google.

I would try cleaning the terminals on the battery and the computer with an old toothbrush and simple green or other multi-purpose cleaner, that doesn't leave residue.

you can try removing everything you can remove from it, i,e battery and anythig else detachable.
Place it in a warm dry place for 24 hours. Airing cupboard, on top of or near a radiator ( wrapped on on a towel to avoid direct heat.
then open the dvd drive door, and gently blow warm air into it with a hair-dryer ( medium setting )
try again after it,s thoroughly dried out.
replace the battery, and try again.
If this does,nt work, i,d suggest buy a replacement, or make a clain on your insurance, for contents if you have one.
