If you accidentally set iPod nano to use a language you don’t understand
You can reset the language.
1 Press and hold Menu until the main menu appears.
2 Choose the sixth menu item (Settings).
3 Choose the last menu item (Reset Settings).
4 Choose the first item (Reset) and select a language.
Other iPod nano settings, such as song repeat, are also reset.
Note: If you added or removed items from the iPod nano main menu (see “Adding or
Removing Items on the Main Menu” on page 11) the Settings menu item may be in a
different place. If you can’t find the Reset Settings menu item, you can restore
iPod nano to its original state and choose a language. See “Updating and Restoring
iPod Software” on page 69.

Kenwood mdv-727dt change from japan to English

car came with this new,??? or not?
if yes did ask the car dealer first.
if not ask Kenwood. this, some cannot be changed, warning!!!
depends on exact model sub codes
KENWOOD MDV 727DT MDV 626??? youtube it and many ask there, but on answers but this.

learn to google and youtube.
learn that non japan exports of NAV box do not have language sets.
yes there are 3 kinds, Universal, japan only or some other language only models.

https://youtu.be/pSdgDYjApdM

if the button seen hit above is missing that means Japan only model.

Unfortunately, the language is set in the firmware and cannot be changed. So, to change the language requires that the unit itself be replaced. I wish I had better news for you but that's is the way these systems are distributed.
if the language menu is missing there.

There are very few Kenwood Units that have the ability to change Language, and I do not see the MDV-727DT as being one of them.
