The dreaded F47 error is a common failure with this models burners. If it is under warranty, you need to have it returned or get a service tech out.
Apparently you can also first try to reset the top by disconnecting its fuses from your home's fuse box for 30 mins.
Hi there. I changed board but still F 47 error code is show up. Even I set up code for reset cooktop dosent make sentences. Please let me know what I gonna do?
Me acaba de pasar exactamente lo mismo con una parilla de induccion termica marca Teka y solo tiene 3 dias de uso
What i did was to tighten the socket connection in the wall to the cord and..tadaaa.
Id tried to disconnect first but that did not work.
Thank you. I took delivery of one of these hobs today. Displayed Error F 47 as soon as it was switched on. Told I must wait until next Wednesday 6 days before Engineer can inspect. Not a happy pixie.
Engineer came out after six days. Control panel had not been wired/connected correctly. One of the rings was not seated correctly. Shabby manufacture or it had been dropped. Error F47 no longer showing. So far hob working OK
I had bad connection from the electrical cord in the wall all i did was to tighten them
we received a new part and it showed the F47 again. Can I fix it?

Good Afternoon friend, I appreciate your inquiry!
Typically on an Electrolux induction cooktop the "E4" error code stands for key sensor for timer. Which means you could be experiencing an issue with the right board, center board, or left board. I would perform a reset on your cooktop and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes.
If that does not assist with clearing any false error codes or the error "E4" continues to display I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. Hopefully this helps. -Matt
Thank you for your post, friend!
I located that on Electrolux Cooktop error codes "35" and "75" stand for input voltage too low. It could be an issue with your filter board or an issue within the voltages. I would recommend having a professional come out to your cooktop to properly diagnose to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. -Matt
