Go to the settings under MY NAME and type in R-E-S-E-T to erase everything and start over. That is the only way to remove a name!!

You can change the name of the profile on the Innotab2 itself. However the only way to delete the profile is to restore it to factory settings. This link show you how.

How do I get a profile off of my Netflix account

... go to NetFlix.com, access your account.

When logged in after you selected a profile that will be watching something, select your name at the most right hand location on the menu bar.

In the drop down list - select Manage Profiles.

When the list comes up you will see 2 or more names, to the far right there is a button "Edit", select that button, a "Delete" button will appear to the left of the edit button that now will show "Done".

Delete the profile you wanted to remove.

Troubleshooting innotab screen

have you tried calibrating the screen? You can do this by pressing the Home Button, question mark, and volume up button all at the same time. Turn the toy on without letting go of the other three buttons until you see the Touch Calibration Screen. If this does not help, then I suggest you call Vtech. Contach info is available at www.vtechkids.com if you no longer have the manual.

Email will not work with any server that requires smtp authentication (which is pretty much all of them here)
*********************************************************************
There is no java in the browser. Forget it. There is also no java loader so there is no downloading java games. Copying them to the SD card won't work either. No java loader so the file will be unrecognized.

Wap services like gmail, yahoo email and wap based instant messagers work fine. Make sure you have a good unlimited feature so you do not incur overages from over using your new toy.
