These kingston pen drives should load without having to find a driver on anything newer than xp and up. try it in a different port on the rear of your machine if possible and make sure you fully seat the stick into the usb port, as this will sometimes cause this problem. once inserted you should be able to browse the kingston drive on "my computer". if not look for a damaged socket or try the key in another computer to verify if it works properly
what problem you are facing with your pen drive? are any error message you are getting when you try to open your pen drive? please send us your problem in details.
The last time I had this problem, it was a bad USB driver / chipset Driver. If you cannot find the right driver for your computer, then you will need to do a restore, so if you can give us the model number of your computer maybe we can help you find the right driver(s).
your pen drive is not recognize by the usb port onyour computer, remove the pen drive from the port and insert it to another usb port on your computer, if you still having problems, restart the computer and try again on a different port.
Windows XP Professional doesnt require USB Drivers, these Driver built in Windows XP professional or there already present in ur system..........
so go ahead connect anything to ur usb port(like digital camera, mouse, pen dirve, flash driver , memory card reader,..portable harddisk , digital cameras)
when u insert any of the component(for eg: pen drive) in to the usb port OS will automatically detected these devices and install USB Drivers.... dont worry... about this and be rest assured....OS will do the work for u...............
