Hey Mark,

Go to the Email in the Junk Folder. Open the Email. While in the email look at the options in the bottom tray displaying Flag icon, Folders icon, Delete icon.

Select the second icon that is move this email to a folder tap on that and select the trash/tap on the trash folder. you should be fine.

"Quality" of the CD's has a lot to do with it. The lower the quality, the more likely better CD burners won't acknowledge them.

Try standing it upside down for about an hour. Fridges have oil in with the Freon to lubricate the compressor and if laid on it's side the oil can drain through the tubing all into a spot that doesn't lubricate or over fill the compressor depending on which side it is laid on. sometimes the remedy is to reverse the process that caused the condition, specially the compressor having too much oil. it is a slow drain back so give it some time and it usually works.

Check the data connector on the rear of the drive. If this doesn't work you may need a new drive, they are cheap and readily available.

When you empty the Trash Bin you will be able to use the disk space that was once occupied by these files. You virus scanning software will have less files to scan and your computer will run quicker because of this.

We just had this same problem. Your problem is most likely abroken plastic gear found at underneeath the bottom of the compactor. Pull out the compactor and turn it upside down. Remove the bottom panel and that is where we found the broken gear. We were able to retract the ram and open the drawer by manually turning the drive chain using an ajustable wrench. Clockwise is compact, counter clockwise is retract.

There is a motor jam. The mechanism needs to be cleared, perhaps a bone or any other hard material is jamming the mechanism. Do a visual inspection and look for foreign objects (Perhaps a fork?) or something unusual.
