You can avoid the issues just downloading for free a driver pack for your printer at www.nicelabel.cl (you will just need to enter an email and will get it free at downloads)

SOURCE: Zebra Z4m+ won't print from Bartender 9.01

BarTender uses its own drivers for each model of printer you must install the correct driver, because there are differences in some commands a printer to another.

SOURCE: Hi there, I am printing on Zebra S600 using

Skipping labels is usually a printer driver issue. You should use Seagull Scientific printer driver only if you are using the corresponding Seagull Scientific label design software. It is important to have the printer driver and label design software be from the same manufacturer.

Won't print the leading edge of the label

In Seagull driver/Bartender software, Present Distance may be called Tear Off and can be adjusted after checking Post-Print actions in Document Properties, Stock tab. Standard setting is 0.40 inches.
On the same tab, right below that, is "Top Offset", and that adjustment may get you the lower Start of Print you want. Ok to try negative number here.

I have a Zebra 105se printer. When I attempt to print labels, I am using bartender 9.4 to create the labels, the printer will not print using the full label. Instead it uses only the last inch of the...

Check to see what printer driver you are using. If you are using Seagull Scientific Bartender, you will need the printer driver from Seagull Scientific for it to print properly. You can download it from the Seagull website. Hope this helps!!

Can we make 300 dpi Zebra 105 SL printer to print on label expecting 203 DPI, Any configuration setting?

Krishan, sorry there are no settings that will allow you to do this on the 105SL. If the printer code expecting a 203 DPI printhead and you have a 300 DPI Printer then your label will print out much smaller then normal.

If you are printing labels with a label printing package (such as Seagull Bartender for Windows) then all you need to do is to install the proper printer driver. If you have your printer attached to a system that is sending "straight" ZPL (Zebra Printing Language Code) then your out of luck.

Hope this helps

Hi there! I work with Zebra TLP2844 through

If you are using Bartender, Make sure to use the Seagull Scientific Zebra Driver. The zebra driver works (but not properly) with bartender. Download the driver from Seagull Scientific site. You can also email bartender tech support, their contact details are available from the help screen on the main bartender design screen. I have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

An extra, blank label prints from a Zebra 2746e.

Check media settings in the printer driver. Check version of printer driver. Zebra printersuse an internal printer driver with their Zebra Designer software (Zdesigner driver) or a ZUD (Zebra Universal Driver) for other windows applications. These drivers can be downloaded directly from the zebra website.

Alternatively you can download the seagull scientific driver and use that instead. (used with bartender program)

Label skipping occurs if the media dimensions are not specified correctly. The important ones are label height, and media setting for type of media.

Perform a media calibration before you go changing settings. Power on printer, Hold top and bottom buttons in on control panel for 5 seconds, release bottom button only then when printer starts feeding labels release top button. When printer finishes press feed button.

Zebra LP2824 not printing

Sounds like you put your printer into line mode. Line mode prints code so you can see what is sent to the printer to look for possible mistakes in the code.

To switch from line mode back to page mode.
  1. Turn printer off.
  2. Press and hold the feed button down. And switch printer on.
  3. Release the feed button when the LED flashes red.
  4. When the LED flashes green, press down the feed button.
  5. When the LED flashes amber release the feed button.
  6. Try printing now that the printer is back in page mode which is used for print your labels; line mode prints the labels code.
  7. Do this fast or else it wont work if you are slow.
