According to the manual I am to call for service.
Our techs at our shop could not figure this out either but since the Kenmore was made my Frigidaire and we were Frigidaire warranty we called them.
This is what they had to say:
The code stands for bad wiring. In other words, there is a wire broke, corroded, etc. The wire problem is normally near the bottom hinge. The solution is to find the problem wire or if its in the door replace the entire door. Our service guys had found the problem wire near the alarm's power source.
Hope this helps!

The freezer is not freezing and the display on the freezer is alternating between CE and temp. I unplugged the freezer's power cord for about a minute and replugged it back in and the display is still showing the same thing. According to the manual it states when the display is alternating between CE and temp to call for service.
