I recently changed my straight talk phone to the R455C Slider phone a month or two ago. Only within this last week i've been encountering trouble. When anyone calls my phone they recieve an automated message stating that the phone is either disconnected or no longer in service. It can still call out and also send and recieve texts just fine. I've tried reprograming the phone that customer service has led me through and even buying a new prepaid card to renew the service. Any ideas how I can fix this?

hit the dash that is ABOVE and to the left of the OK then hit the space bar on the bottom. Space bar is the widest key on the bottom and actually looks like a typical keyboard space bar.

Well airplane mode disables all forms of outgoing RF from your phone so of course you can't place a call or text. look through your menu and you'll find a place to turn airplane mode on and off. It might be under "settings"
