first thing to do is connect your microphone at the back of the computer near the audio out socket.( color pink socket). if not solve then try to do this.

On task bar you can see the volume control. point it and double click. can see master volume window. click option then " properties" on show the following volume control. check the " Mic Volume" click ok.you can now see the "mic volume" Uncheck the "mute box" and drag up the volume meter.then close.
