My Xerox WorkCentre 7242 is given me this Error Message (089-311), what this means?

Error 010-333 for this machine is "Fuser Center Thermistor Overtemp (Over temperature) or Overheat Error"
Error 010-319 for this machine doesn't seem to exist (Yes - I know you've got it - hence the problem post.)
Error 010-319 for other Workstation models (7655, 7665, 7675, 7755, 7765, 7775) is "Fuser Heat Control problem *NOTE: This code must be cleared from Diagnostic Mode"
As regards fixing this error the Xerox website should be helpful

You will have to replace the fuser.

Error code means that:
H2 Thermistor Open

That is a fuser over heat code. You will most likely have to replace the fuser module. Or have service do that for you.

Fuser jam, maybe the exit switch ?
If you turn the unit off and back on does it come up ready to copy or ready to scan you job
