Thakur, go to settings and select restore factory settings and default code is 12345.this process will generate factory settings.Best of Luck.

Hi first open Menu >>>Setting >> Restore Factory Setting and select Restore All.After you select a message will prompt you to enter the security code just enter 12345 or what you have modified.Good luck

press *#7370# or *#7780# and give security code 12345 or any(if changed) it will restore automatically.....

Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

first you should reset your nokia 2690.for that
go to settings
click on restore factory setting
click on restore settings only
click on continue
put security code the default code is 12345
after then restart your mobile automatically.

Now again,
click on settings
click on connectivity
click on bluetooth
click on on
message appears bluetooth switched on

first open nokia 2690 applications.go to settings.go to restore factory settings.click on restore key.you will get two options.one is restore settings only.and second is restore all.choose restore settings only then click on continue.now you should put security code.the default code is 12345.after put it click on ok.your mobile will restore everything after few seconds.then restart nokia 2690 that's it.
