After changing the battery press and hold all the buttons at the same time to reset this will make the watch and battery works properly so that the battery wont drain easily. I hope I have been helped you.
I couldn't find the manufacturers' web site but I found the following , which may help;-
The unit automatically receives the time signal everyday at midnight and makes any required adjustment to the time displayed.
The WAVE OK indicator and the Tower Icon on the display will show if the time signal is successfully received or after manually pressing the SET/WAVE button
You can trigger a Signal Receive operation at any time by pressing the SET/WAVE button, which will activate the Signal Search function of the unit.
To Manually Set the Clock To Set the Year and Date 1. Press SET/WAVE button after setting TIME ZONE and DST 2. Press + or - button sequentially to set the year (holding down the button will change the year at a high speed) 3. Press SET/WAVE button to confirm the year set and start the date process 4. Press + or - button sequentially to set the current date (holding down the button will change the date at a high speed) NOTE: The weekday changes automatically depending on the year and date
To Set the Time 1. Press the SET/WAVE button after setting the calendar 2. Press + or - button sequentially to set the minutes (holding down the button will change the year at a high speed) NOTE: Once you the press + or - button, the seconds will reset to 00
To set the 12/24 HR mode and the Temperature Mode 1. Press SET/WAVE button after setting the time 2. Press the + button to toggle between between 12HR and 24HR (military) modes 3. Press the - button to toggle between C and F temperature display mode 4. Press SET/WAVE button to confirm and quit the set mode
To change the calendar, push the mode button until the calendar section starts flashing. Then press the up or down button to move the calendar month and year first. Once you get to the right month and year, press set, then the date should start flashing. Again, use the up or down button to get to the correct date, then push set. That should get it done.
Regarding the temperature, I used to know how to do that but am now basically clueless. My batteries went out, and when I changed them the temp started up as Celsius and I cannot get it fixed.
To set time, date, and options:
1) With time and date showing, press and hold SET.
2) Current time zone (1, 2, or 3) flashes. Press + or – to select time zone to set, if desired.
3) Press NEXT. Hour flashes. Press + or – to change hour (including AM/PM); hold button to scan values
4) Press NEXT. Minutes flash. Press + or – to change minutes
5) Press NEXT. Seconds flash. Press + or – to set seconds to zero.
6) Press NEXT. Month flashes. Press + or – to change month.
7) Press NEXT. Day flashes. Press + or – to change day.
8) Press NEXT. Year flashes. Press + or – to change year.
9) Press NEXT to set options. Press + or – to change value and then press NEXT to go to next option. Press DONE at any
step to exit and save settings. Available options are 12- or 24-hour time format, MM-DD or DD.MM date format, hourly
chime N, beep for button presses, customizable mode set (Select “HIDE” for unwanted modes – they are removed
from mode sequence).

Hi, Depends on the year. Google however is your friend Google Breitling Source and the watch type and see which year yours is. Assuming its a 2006 to 2010 model it takes a 394 battery. I suggest a google to Breitling source and look in the watch archives there.
Consider sending it to breitling UK, you have a watch worth at least many hundreds of pounds that is waterproof. If you nip down the local muppets he will change the battery and charge you GBP20 not GBP70 but he will not change the case seals or pressure test the watch to ensure the seals are doing their job. Worst case you write off the watch when it gets wet or when you next get sweaty which is the same thing. Specify you want the battery change service only and thats what Breitling do.

If you hold the reset button you will see the number 12 flashing with an H next to it this is for standard or military time. To change it press the st/stp button. To go forward press mode.Then it will ask for the year set that then press mode.Now the date change it just like the Hour and year.then day do the same.Now timeSet that the same and it should work!
