Check he screen where the hose screws in. There is a screen inside the fitting you should clean. Take it out carefully by using a screw driver around the edges and make sure the screen is clean. After you put the screen back in take the hose off the gun and see if water comes out of the hose. If it does you have to take the gun apart and clean it.

This is the typical problem when the water admitance valve sticks. This valve admits more water to the pump when the pressure drops when wand is triggered. When pressure increases, water is blocked. This is the way they regulate the pressure. The valve is in a bore, usually crossways to the axis of the shaft of the pump. Disassemble the valve noting how the parts go in. Clean the bore with crocus cloth on a dowel rod. Replace all the O rings on the valve spool. Lightly lube the spool with plumber's grease and reassemble.... Good as new! You can often buy a kit of O rings for the valve. They must be EXACT right size. This is normally a one-half hour job.

How do i fix a honda landa 3500 pressure washer, when the water doesn't come out when started?

Check out the trigger mechanism. Water should come out at any time, even when you do not have the unit started.

Why will water not flow through hose into the spray gun with the washer not started as well I started the power washer and the water still does not come out.

My Craftsman pressure washer has a filter in the hose tp the pressure wand. I found I must have had some dirt in my garden hose and these filters were plugged. No pressure at all till I cleaned them out.

Pressure washer lost pressure in the middle of a job

The pressure valve has stuck in the high pressure position. This prevents anymore inflow and hence no further water will be pumped.

Rebuild the valve... There are O Rings to replace and clean the bore with croocus cloth. Lube the O rings with plumber's grease... good as new! 15 minute job. Get EXACT sized O rings for the unit.

Karcher k2400hh pressure washer, water pressure cuts out.

Hello cikanek:

Try this:

From your posting, I assume you have removed the splash cap and the nylon bypass valve cover. Connect the water supply to the pump and connect the high pressure hose and wand to the pump outlet. Wad up a small towel and place it over the bypass valve opening to catch the valve insert when it pops out. With the engine throttle closed, pull the starter cord several times to see it the valve insert will pop out. If it doesn't come out after two or three pulls, set the throttle to low and start the engine. I have performed this procedure a number of times and the valve insert always pops out. There is no real danger of the valve parts getting seriously airborn since the actual pump output volume is very low (2.5 Gal/min).

Good luck,
Ed

Please help me,,,, my maytag epic z front load washer

Hi,
I think you've actually got an uprated control board.

Modern designs allow for less water usage - most in as you say about 3"
Water level is determined in 2 ways #1 pressure - A pressure switch is used with an inverted container low down in the water. As level rises, pressure builds untill the switch opens and the water shuts off.
#2 Time - The valve is only allowed to open for a preset time (to prevent flooding)
If the first board was faulty, the pressure switch probably was being ignored, so was overfilling.
Older models also used more water per wash.

Shutting off after 10 minutes on a quick wash? - if it performs a full cycle in this time, it's working normally. As I said - just updated.

Let me know if there are any defects or faults , otherwise, it seems to be "modernised" by using the new board.
