Ingersoll Rand 175 cfm 3 cylinder air cooled diesel powered air compressor that I am having a hard time starting. I believe that the unload-er valve is not working. I am looking to find a manual on the machine and a fix for the problem. You did so well on Donald's Subaru that I was hoping you could help me out. The only numbers I have and do not know if they are engine numbers or compressor are unit #118635 and u80 928 witch I got from the mechanic that rebuilt the engine. model # is p175a-w-d

10 to 13 minutes from 0 psi to max and auto-shutoff. Tank will be extremely hot, also. Hope this helps!

you dont torque it you can torque it ya self if you wont but wont make a change do it to 40-50nm ahd try this if no good replace the gasket they do wear out at times also when you take the head off thereshouldnt be oil in there only on the cyclinder not the head ??
