Memoery full on parrot ck3100 - Parrot CK3300 GPS Receiver

You will need to go to setting / paired devices / select the phones you want to remove / then select delete. Hope this helps.

download update from parrot website, select the correct language on update software then update the parrot via bluetooth on computor/laptop

go to SETTING / PAIRED DEVICES / move onto a paired device and press the middle button , then scroll down to delete and press middle button, then press green to confirm.

regarding the memory full on the message:

Ck3000, you have to press the remote control both buttons red and green at the same time to delete the memory of the kit.

The ck3100, just go to settings -> paired device and check cause there is up to five phones already paired to the kit, select and delete.

try holding the 2 bottons in for 1 min to reset the kit, if this doesnt work it will have to be replaced

turn ignition on in car push and hold green and red buttons together fro 10 seconds, the kit will say memory erasing in progress, then please pair device, then pair phone..

delete all previous paired devices before trying new phone, memory will be full. Let us know phone make and model if this dont work.
