If you want just text from email, use Ctrl+C short cut to copy selected text to clip board. If you want to retain formatting and embedded images. Install "Cutepdf" It will let you print anything to pdf. So go to email print dialog option and select cutepdf from printers.

How do I access the clip board for FB posts?

The clipboard is a temporary storage register. You can save data to the clipboard using the 'COPY' function from a menu or press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while pressing the 'c' key. You can retrieve data from the clipboard using the 'PASTE' menu item or press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while pressing the 'v' key. When you save to the clipboard you replace or overwrite whatever may have been stored there before and when you shut down the computer, any contents of the clipboard are lost.

Clipboard - You cannot find clipboard because it is a virtual location on a phone/computer, tablets/other devices where it saves temporarily all the copied text (copy and paste text storage).

Clipboard is a temporary memory that it just saves one thing. Like copy paste. When you copy something is stored into this clipboard. The only way to see what is inside the clipboard you just click paste.

PRINT screen

Yes, There is key marked PrtSc. It copies to the whole screen to the clipboard. The combination ALT +PrtSC copies the active window.
After you copy the whole screen or the Active window, open Paint or an image editor and Paste the contents of the clipboard in the Paint window, and save under the format you want.
There are free software on the web to copy your screen, One of the best is PickPick. Just when you install it make sure you uncheck all boxes that will install search bars, or additional software.

Does not print screen

PrtScr does not make the screen print out on your printer.
It only copies the screen to your clipboard.

Press CTRL+PrtScr to copy entire screen to clipboard
Press ALT+PrtScr to copy active window to clipboard
Press CTRL+V to paste the contents of your clipboard into a document or image
Then you can print the document or image to your printer.

I hope this helps.
