Try inserting a small pin through the hole beneath the insertion cabin, after pressing the eject button. If you don't have such a hole, Push the eject button and tap hardly on the top of the player. The drive will come out in two or three attempts.
Sound like it either has one or two problems, the door is stuck and or the door eject motor has failed. Look in the front to the player for a small paperclip like hole, and use a paper clip to manual eject the and engage the loading mechanism usually located under the door for most cases. Tried this but unfortunately the machine keeps reverting back to Region 4.
Has a step been left out or is there some other way of changing the code to "0".
