Click on the left view, use your mouse cursor, and magnify the black object. (Maxell)
It has a Red wire, and a Black wire ending in a small White plug.
The black object is just a type of plastic bag, essentially. There is a CR2032 battery inside it. The small white plug coming from the battery's wires plugs into the motherboard.
The Left view is a view of the Bottom. The RTC battery is on the bottom of the motherboard.
So is the Processor.
[RTC = Real Time Clock. Newer nomenclature for the CMOS battery]
Another view of the RTC Battery,

No exact Service Manual. Use the following info to disassemble the laptop with. USE an ESD wrist strap, and connect it's alligator clip to a good ground source. Or you can use the laptop for an expensive paperweight.

SOURCE: where to find the cmos battery
Toshiba made it hard to get to this battery. You will have to remove the entire motherboard and it is in the bottom corner, soldered to the board. I just went through this for a friends computer, it was not fun.
