Primers on chainsaws/brush cutters pull fuel from the carb, into the bulb. and back to the tank, the short pipe on the primer is the suction side, this goes to the carb, the longer tube on the back of the primer is the pressure side, this goes back to tank, the fuel hose from the tank with the filter on the end goes to the fuel inlet on the carb
The rubber washer goes to the inside of the tank under the flush valve which gets screwed on with the large plastic nut on the bottom side of the tank. Then the foam gasket fits over the plastic nut which goes into the toilet bowl hole for the water to flow into the bowl. Tank needs to be removed from the toilet bowl.
The chain needs to be attached to the tank lever arm. The idea is that when you depress the handle pulling up on the tank lever it will open the flapper and release the float at the same time.
Attaching the chain to the tank lever should be the solution.
Place the Rubber Donut on th bottom side of the tank (this will form a seal from the tank to the bowl)
There are two small holes to either side this is for your two tank bolts. Place a washer on both bolts and place them in the two holes with the head of bolt and washer inside the tank. Place tank on bowl, matching up the holes.
there are two plastic nuts that are beveled on one end, with bevel up toward bolt head thread onto bolt finger tight. Repeat for remaining bolt.
Apply a little pressure to one side of tank and tighten nut finger tight again then repeat for other side. May need to do this a couple of times back and forth. IMPORTANT tight the nuts equally and carefull not to overtighten or you will crack the tank ONLY FINGER TIGHT.

thats a tough call, i used to battle with this when i was out in the field fixing many toilets,...if it don't leak, it's tight enough,..concerning the rocking, i used to place little shims under tank to stop it rocking,....don't force nothing,.and make sure your hand tight is good-n-snugg. good luck, good question, cracklin joe
Vehicle has a coolant overflow reservoir which is a plastic tank on the passenger side engine compartment. This tank is white plastic with a green cap. This is where you can safely add coolant and the system and will be under no pressure as well. Pay attention to the level mark on the side of the plastic tank which is half full.Install 50/50 coolant water mixture into the reservoir. If you for any reason you to elect to remove the radiator cap,do so with a cold engine as the contents will be under pressure at normal operating temperatures which exceeds 200F.
you need to tighten the nuts under the tank. the tank is not even.
The best method is hand tight the nuts to approximately same pressure on all 3 nuts. then use socket ratchet, one turn each, one at a time, till the tank stop rocking. stop right there. flush the toilet, check for leak. tighten as needed. make sure all 3 nuts have even pressure.
