hello, try to clean the connector strips of the sub boards in the main controller cage with fine alcohol and re-install them. oday I start my printer canon ir 2520 and i see dept id and password prompt screen, I did not reset any id and password earlier, I cannot go inside the menu or i can't take any copy. Please give solution for disable or reset the same.

On the Control panel press asterisk (with the head) next to ? mark the press the ID SYSTEM SETTING>NETWORK SETTING>TCP IP .you can reset or erase the IP Addres or if you know to go to service program :COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR> MN-CON then switch OFF and ON the machine it will restart and then the machine will asked to switch ON/OFF theunit then all are reset
