The wheeel at the side of the machine has suddenly gone very tight, and will not go round, have checked under neath and every thing seems ok, please advise me, thankyou

no the solution did not fix it, i have now taken it to the tip and will buy a new one in the new year,
To the TIP!? Oh no, you could have sold that on Ebay as a parts machine. Do a lot of research between now and the new year. Janome sometimes has sales that are very hard to resist.
