My Ryobi drill charger does not charge. Model CA1401658. Opened up the charger and the resisitor is burned. Cannot read the value. Might you know what wattage and resistance?
Tnx

It has been my experience that when one component of a board goes bad that something else is wrong and even replacing that part still will not work. But you can try contacting Ryobi direct at their website and see if their tech service can get that for you. They are very vague when it comes to some of their products so good luck. Also as a thought if you have a tool repair facility in your area you might contact them and see if they have a junk charger laying around that you can scavenge for parts.
