How to? My brother got one of the newer versions of the ps2, the 7000-9000 version. It has a network plug in but we dont know how to use it. All I know is that an ethernet cord is what hooks into it, usually im pretty good with this stuff but I cant figure this one out.

When you boot off the CD, go into recovery mode, and login as the administrator (if it lets you). when you arrive at a terminal prompt, type in FDISK, and follow instructions from there. Then you should be able to delete it. If you dont have FDISK (some factory images dont), then you can download or create your own boot floppy / CD and put whatever utilities onto it that you want. You are needing to blowout the partition.

oh, well this is easy. if you used it in the DS, then you need a newer version for the DSi. the firewall was upgraded and they came out with a new version for it. and DONT upgrade your DSi to version 1.4 then the one you bought wont work and youll have to wait for a newer version. or format system memory.

HI! read your posting regarding the situation that your experiencing.. If before you dont have any problem regrding your connection with out the cisco network magic. I suggest that before you install the cisco network magic. you should get the full version not the trial version, there is a limitation of setting up the trial version.. Cisco network magic is a plug and play and easy to setup if you get the full version. I dont see any problem regarding your connection with the 2wire and the linksys router, becoz you mention earlier that hime network is working and you can connect to the network and the internet..
