Question about Motorola Mobility SLVR L7 Cellular Phone
I have a motorola v3 and my memory was full and i noticed that i had over 400 messages in my inbox which i know was not true, so i tried to delete ALL of them and it would only delete one at a time for some reason. Then my phone froze and so i took out the battery and put it back in and it would still freeze on me, (i did the quite a bit but it would not work) i cant do any thing with my phone now. And then it turned black and there is a critical error code: caa5, a1ad. What do i need to do now?

SOURCE: Motorola V3 problem
try holding down the power
remove the back cover and battery
(at this point briefly let up on the power)
remove the sim card
wait for "insert sim card" message
reinsert sim card and battery
release power key when the splash screen comes up
if this dose not work you may need to reflash your phone

it doesn't matter what the error is... the best thing that you have to do is to call your customer service and ask why are you getting that error message it could be a network problem or it coud be a problem when you try to use your browser or internet... so only the agent can tell you why it appears on your screen... :)
