How do I reset the amana PTH093B35AM to default settings?

The display on the unit currently reads on with no other lights. None of the buttons do anything.

COLD RESET DEFAULT

If you want to do a cold reset (clears all settings). Turn the printer off. Hold down the checkmark button and power unit on and wait until all lights on front come on and stay on then release. Use the up arrow button to move through the menu until display reads "cold reset". Press green button once more and printer will restart with cleared settings.If holding the green button while turning on does not work, try waiting until the memory count starts and then press and hold the green button until the three leds on the front are on.

Zoom R16 factory reset

To perform a factory reset on the Zoom R16 recorder, follow these steps:
  1. Power off the Zoom R16 by pressing and holding the [STOP] button.
  2. While holding down the [STOP] button, press and hold the [REWIND] button and the [PLAY] button.
  3. Continue holding all three buttons for about 5 seconds until the display shows "Factory Reset."
  4. Release all three buttons and the unit will automatically restart and restore all factory settings.
Note: Performing a factory reset will erase all user data and settings, so be sure to back up any important data before proceeding.

Factory reset for ht-q20??

1. RESET
While "NO DISC" message appears on the display of main unit, hold the main unit's STOP button for longer than 5 seconds. "INITIALIZE" appears on the display and all settings will return to the default values.
Using the RESET function will erase all stored settings.

DOES ANY ONE REMEMBER HOW TO PROGRAM A AMANA PTH 093 B35 WINDOW UNIT TO MAKE THE FAN RUN CONTINUOUSLY? I AM IN HOTEL ROOM AND WOULD LIKE TO DROWN OUT THE CARS OUTSIDE ON THE INTERSTATE. THANKS

Press and hold up and down arrow at same time -press off twice to get into program mode (should read C1) -press heat button to scroll to C2 the use up arrow to scroll through options. You want to set it to read-out "On" then press off to set. This should be the continuous fan mode.

Printing issue

In order to proceed with the solution to your problem, we'll need to save the current settings on your Crown printer and then restore the printer to its original factory settings as shipped. Your current settings will be saved, and can be restored after we finish this troubleshooting session. You will need to access the printers front panel in order to perform the following settings.

Procedure to save your current printer settings
1. Make sure the Online light is lit and that the display reads Idle.
2. Press the Online/Offline button to take your printer offline.
3. Press the Menu button once. The display should read Operator Control.
4. Press the Right Arrow button once. The display should read Administration.
5. Press the Select button once. The display should read Communications.
6. Press the Left Arrow button until you see Miscellaneous in the display.
7. Press the Select button once. The display should read Save Defaults.
8. Press the Select button again. The display should read No.
9. Press the Left Arrow button once. The display should read Yes.
10. Press the Select button.
11. A few seconds should pass until the display reads Yes Is Selected.
12. Press the Online button twice to take the printer online while the display reads Idle. Your current printer settings are now saved and you are ready to proceed with returning the printer to its original factory settings.

12 hour vs 24 hour read on clock

Push the "mode" button twice to enter the time change function. Once the display is blinking keep pushing the mode button until you see the "pm" icon on the LCD display. When that happens set the clock as you normally would using the 1-4 keys.

Remember to check if the 12 hour clock is set to AM or PM.
