sounds to me like the people of Bangladesh are blocking the windows market place. Some foreign governments block certain apps from getting out on the internet. I don't think it's a phone issue. Try finding it with a computer and see if you can download it there. It might also be the local cell company.

how good is the sound card and video card if they are old and not up to spec on the game it will not install check the specs on the game and check your sound and video card make sure there up to running the game if not then it will not run
