Hi, there's no sc342 listed in the service manual, and I've never seen that code in years working on these machines. Are you sure it's not a different code, like sc542?

395 Development output abnormal A development bias leak signal is detected. High voltage output to the development unit exceeded the upper limit (65%) for 60 ms. High voltage supply board defective Poor connection at the development bias terminal Poor connection at the high voltage supply board

if you change the developer and initialize'it it should work,if not do the above.

If it's 395 that's a development bias error, check and reset the developer. Power off/on to clear both.

SC545 and SC 546 are fuser temperatyre error. pls. check thetmistor/ thermostats, connectors if thernistor are deffective replace thermistors. after replacement or checking of this parts do the SC reset. 107 # turn off copier then on after 5 sec.

Controller to operation panel comucation error at start up.Check the controller stall,controller board installed correctly operation panel connectors.Enter im the service menu ,press the SP mode,open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged the machine.Wait 10 seconds,plugged on the machine,close the front door,turn ON the copier and make a copy.

Error code 990 indicates software problems yuo can check in SP7-403 for information.
Error code 540 will proberly indicate some heating trouble in the fix, you have to reset the machine with service code SP5-810.
Code 350 will disappear if you restart the copier.

SC 990 is a software performance error.The software attemted to perform an unexpected operation.Software defective,internal parameter inncorrect or insufucient working memory.SC 990 occues when printing a message dtored in the information box.Avoid by firmware upgrade.This information can be cheked by using SP 7-403.The hard unit is located in rear right side up position of by pass.The developer is under toner botle in developer unit.
