After selecting the "update now" on my phone it turned off, when I plugged it into a charger it wouldn't charge, I've tried three different chargers, and I have even tried to restart my phone. I don't know what else to do.

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

Pull battery out. Hold power button for 15 seconds. Place battery back in. place on charger for 1 hour. Then power on as normal.

your problem might be the battery has over heated this will some times happen when left on charge to offten i had the same problem what i did was take it in to my network previder and they restored it to factory setting keep in mind you'll lose everything or you could pay out and buy a new battery i hope this info has been helpfull in some way Matt

did you try pluging into charger, my galaxy 2 if i run battery all the way down it wont do anything after it shuts down. at times i have had to plug in and wait sometimes 15-20 min before it will even flicker. hope it helps

My transcend MP330 is not gettin recognized by the computer..

1) Turn on your mp3
2) go 2 settings>MTP thn select MTP
3) connect 2 a pc
then you'll see it as a portable device
4) FORMAT IT
5) go 2 settings>MTP thn select USB [on ur mp330]

Once i plug in my charger its wont charge!

Turn it off, & keep it off for a while. It's happened to me as well. Turn it back on & plug the charger in.

I have had 4 pantech jest phones and it wont charge!!!! i had it plugged in then i thought it was charged fully cause the bars were full when i took it out.....BAM!!!! i shutt of!! im sick of it i had 4...

Make sure you're using the Pantech charger you got with your phone. I had this problem, got a new one, and realized I'd been using my old charger charger. Plugged it in with the wrong charger, it wouldn't work. Plugged it in with the Pantech charger, it started charging up and worked fine again.
