go in the phone settings and there u would find master reset do it your problem is solved but your phone book ,pic would be deleted

Are all songs of the same format and bitrate?

I was facing the exact same problem with my W200i. I formatted my memory card using the "Quick Format " option and then re-uploaded my songs. That solved my problem. There is no disturbance in between songs now, also the "Playback Failed" error has also not occurred again.

may the file played has more bitrate... so try playing other song if same problem persists then ....
may be the file is stored in memory stick r micro sd so this may have some bad sectors due to last virus attack...so just format ur memory card and then use it... it will work perfectly...........
