Sony 1GB Memory Stick PRO Duo Memory Card "full"

You can try recovery tool to see whether your memory card corrupted or not. For example, 4Card Recovery, which is able to recover various files in a few minutes.
Step one, download 4Card Recovery online and install it on your computer.
Step two, run it and choose the files that you want to recover, of course, you can choose recover all files in case of the omission of anything.
Step three, scan it by clicking the 'next' button and wait for about ten minutes.
Step four, save the recovered files on other part to avoid losing it again.
Hope you can solve the problem with this. Have a try.

Memory card will not format

No. The maximum size of memory card supported by this model is 1GB microSD type only. So it wont recognize your 2 GB memory card.

LG viewty 4 gb memeory card..I accidently formated ths on phone! how do i unformat it?

Hi, I also had this issue.
The solution is on http://communities.sandisk.com/sandisk/board/message?board.id=mobile&message.id=209

You need to google for an app from HP called SP27608.exe.
This will read the card as 4gb and let you reformat it.
